Learn Cowork is a paid, practitioner-focused resource hub covering Claude Desktop's Cowork feature. Free content is available without an account; the full 12-section guide requires an active subscription.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account and may sign in via a one-time PIN or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account.

• Full access is billed at $10.00 USD for the first month (a $5.00 recurring subscription charge plus a $5.00 one-time first-month fee), then $5.00 USD per month thereafter.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and charged in USD only.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — see our Privacy Policy.
• If we change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Refunds. If you are not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your original purchase date for a full refund of the first month's charge, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

After the 7-day window, charges already billed are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future billing.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal (Account → Manage Subscription). You keep full access until the end of your current paid billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued for the remainder of a period after cancellation.

All text, graphics, and other materials on the Site are owned by CrossGen AI, LLC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, individual use while subscribed. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly republish Site content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to share your account credentials for the purpose of circumventing the subscription requirement, scrape or bulk-download Site content, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

The Site relies on Stripe (payments), Google (optional OAuth sign-in), and Postmark (transactional email). Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider's own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data sharing.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cowork is a third-party Anthropic product; we describe its behavior to the best of our knowledge but do not control or guarantee its functionality, availability, or output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossGen AI, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or your subscription will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Site and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and, where changes affect pricing, communicated at least 30 days in advance by email as described in Section 3.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
